We reserve the right for: typographical errors, spelling mistakes, changes in house availability, and offers.
We also reserve the right for delays and fully booked periods at didimholiday.nu. However, we always do our best to meet the expectations of our guests.
All our prices include VAT.
Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Special holiday offers do not apply on public holidays.
When booking a stay at didimholiday.nu, there is no right of withdrawal or return, as the booking relates to a specific period and property.

Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in USD including VAT.
Didimholiday.nu accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account once the booking is confirmed. All amounts are in USD and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/unavailable houses.

You will not be charged any additional fees beyond your chosen booking. We do not offer transportation or shuttle service.

You can pay by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, or in some cases, bank transfer. If using our online payment methods, you may be asked to provide personal information. When using card information, it is your responsibility to ensure you are authorized to use the card. The amount for your booking will be reserved when your booking is accepted and will only be charged when the booking is finalized. Payment information is encrypted and securely processed via Nets. Your card details will not be stored by us.

Your Booking
Once you have selected the desired holiday house and provided the necessary information, you will be able to submit your booking by clicking the “Go to checkout” button. It is important that you review and correct any input errors before clicking this button, as changes cannot be made afterward.

After your booking has been submitted and payment authorized, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please contact customer service as described in the support section. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made—especially if the booked period is imminent or already started. You are entering a binding agreement upon placing a booking.

It is your responsibility to ensure we can reach you by phone if needed in relation to your booking.

Complaints
A booking is considered binding once confirmed. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and before the booking period begins. According to Danish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date or period.

Declined or Cancelled Bookings
Due to bank procedures, when you make a booking and your card is authorized, the bank may “reserve” the full amount. If the booking is later declined or cancelled, the amount will not be transferred to us but instead released by your bank. This process can take 3–5 business days (or longer depending on the bank). You agree that we cannot be held responsible for delays related to this process.

Legal Terms
By placing a booking on our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that you are over 18 years of age.

We have not verified the accuracy of all information on this website. It is the responsibility of the property owner or host to keep their listings up to date. If you suspect incorrect information or experience a dispute, please contact our customer service who will handle your inquiry as best as possible. We reserve the right to reject any user without further explanation.

Misuse of personal information, payment, or credit cards will result in immediate police reporting. We store all IP addresses.
